Capabilities
CNC machining
A waterjet produces an outstanding profile, but some features need a cutting tool. We machine in-house so a part that needs both operations stays with one shop, one lead time and one point of accountability.
Where machining takes over
Waterjet-cut blanks come off the table close to net shape. Machining then adds the features a through-cut cannot produce: pockets, steps, counterbores, tapped holes, reamed bores and precision faces.
Running both processes in one shop removes the handling that usually costs tolerance. Parts are located once, and the datum used to cut the profile is the datum used to finish it.
We work from your model or drawing and confirm achievable tolerances before quoting, so nothing is assumed on either side.
Operations
- CNC milling — pockets, faces, steps and slots
- Turning — shafts, bushings and round details
- Drilling, reaming and tapping
- Counterboring and countersinking
- Deburring and edge finishing
- Secondary operations on waterjet blanks
Equipment list, work envelopes and held tolerances are confirmed per job at quoting.
Quantities
One part or a repeating run
There is no minimum order. A single prototype for engineering validation is as welcome as a scheduled production release — and the second order runs faster because the setup is already proven.
