Precision waterjet cutting without the heat

Complex parts cut from virtually any material — tool steel, titanium, aluminum, glass, composites — with no heat-affected zone and no change to your material's properties.

The natural cutting advantage

Cold cutting leaves the metallurgy alone

Lasers and plasma cut with heat, and heat changes material. A waterjet cuts with water and garnet abrasive at 60,000 PSI — the part comes off the table in the same condition it went on.

No heat-affected zone

Cold cutting means your material keeps its temper, hardness and grain structure. What goes on the table is what comes off it.

No thermal distortion

Thin, delicate and close-tolerance parts hold their geometry. No warping, no bowing, no post-cut straightening.

No fumes or harsh chemicals

The process is water and garnet abrasive. Nothing burns, nothing off-gasses, nothing changes the material chemically.

Cuts what lasers can't

Reflective metals, thick stock, glass, stone, composites and laminates — all cut cleanly by the same head.

Materials

If it fits on the table, we can probably cut it

Metals, hardened alloys, glass, stone, composites and soft goods — the same head handles all of them.

Industries

Who we cut for

Regulated industries and trade shops alike — including laser, EDM and tool & die shops that subcontract waterjet work.

Aerospace & Aviation

Brackets, shims, honeycomb panels and titanium detail parts cut without altering material certification properties.

Defense & Military

Armor plate, hardened steel components and prototype hardware for defense programs and their subcontractors.

Medical

Stainless and titanium instrument blanks, fixtures and device components where surface metallurgy matters.

Nuclear Power

Thick plate, shielding components and exotic alloy parts cut cold with no heat-affected zone.

Automotive & Motorcycle

Gaskets, brackets, sprockets, heat shields and one-off custom parts for builders and restorers.

Architectural & Design

Marble and tile inlay, metal screens, signage and decorative panels cut to intricate profiles.

Gaskets & Shims

Rubber, cork, fiber and metal shim stock in prototype quantities through repeating production runs.

Industrial & Commercial

Machine guards, wear plates, base plates and general fabrication details for plants and OEMs.

R&D and Prototyping

Single parts turned quickly from a DXF so engineering can test before committing to tooling.

How it works

Drawing in, part out, no surprises

  1. 01

    Send your drawing

DXF, STEP, IGES or a clear PDF. A sketch with dimensions works too — we'll come back with questions if we have them.

  2. 02

    We quote up front

A written price before any work starts. No hidden setup charges, no surprises on the invoice.

  3. 03

    We cut

Cold, CNC-controlled cutting in the material you specified, from a single prototype through a production run.

  4. 04

    We ship

Pick up in Chatsworth or we ship anywhere in the United States.
