Our waterjets can cut all metals. Some materials such as hardened tool steel, titanium, inconel, hastelloy and special super alloys are difficult to machine. But they can be easily cut on our waterjet machines.
These materials are now widely used in aerospace, race cars, motorcycles, solar panels etc. Materials like carbon fiber, glass, plastics, G10, acrylic & delrin, just to name a few, can be cut to the shape you need.
These materials are used in architectural features and beyond. Complex shapes are easily cut. Ceramics, porcelain, natural stone tiles, concrete stepping stones, slab.
We can cut virtually any material. Hard as a rock or soft as foam. This offers tremendous flexibility to our clients. Some common soft materials are elastomers, silicone sheet, gaskets, sponge foam, fiber-reinforced & gum rubber, wood.
