What is Strategic Milling?

We make our own custom machine-ready blanks with the waterjet. Big chunks of material is removed on the waterjet. This dramatically reduces the machining time. We achieve not only a cost savings for our customers, but also offer the benefits of a flexible machining strategies with the aid of waterjet cutting. This is just one of the ways we can cut with the highest quality and efficiency.

From CAD File or Print to Part

All our programming is done here. We can reverse engineer your sample part. We work with and accept data in DXF, DWG or IGES Format. Dimensional drawings or sketches are also okay. In our high production machine shop, IGES files are most commonly used for our 3D toolpaths. Machining of surfaces like loft, coons, ruled, sweep are machined using our cad cam programming.

Our cad programs easily allow us to construct 3D wireframe models. We can take files such as BMP, PCX, TIFF, PSD, PNT, and convert them to vector formats.

Is Quality Assured?

Yes it is. We conform to all industry Standards of Quality, ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100. Quality is assured, before any job is shipped, it is thoroughly inspected to ensure the requirements are met, and is in compliance with customer's specifications. As a minimum, Waterjet Natural Cutting, Inc. shall maintain a quality system that meets the requirements of military inspection standard, MIL-I-45208A. All the products will meet customer's applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
